Garboard docs
Garboard is the independent review gate for infrastructure pull requests: it learns your repo's own conventions by deterministic parsing (facts with file:line evidence — never an AI guess), reviews every infra PR against them, and never touches a cloud. These pages cover the two things evaluators ask about most:
The MCP server →
Give Claude Code and other coding agents the same gate your engineers get: pull the repo's derived conventions, and self-check a diff before a pull request exists. Works fully offline.
Self-hosting →
Garboard is one Go binary plus Postgres. What an install needs, how configuration works, and what the never-applies invariant means operationally.
Anything else
Docs are deliberately minimal while we work with design partners — the fastest route to a real answer is hello@winchlabs.io or a walkthrough. See also the changelog and security overview.

The deterministic gate runs free on a real repository, or we can walk you through it live.
